Leadership Team
Alan Radbourne
Alan moved to Anglesey back in 2017 with his wife Rachel and son Caleb to start Lighthouse Church. They were sent by Open Heaven Church in Loughborough to plant a new community on the beautiful island of Anglesey in North Wales, In December 2017, Lighthouse church began meeting around Alan and Rachel’s kitchen table.
Rachel Radbourne
Rachel, has always felt called to North Wales having being brought up here. She always had a passion for the area and after studying in Loughborough, meeting Alan and having their 1st son, they moved to Anglesey to plant a church and build a community here. Rach and Al now have a 2nd son names Rhys, as a family they love making pizza and cookie dough as a family every Sunday night.
Karen Sadler
Karen is the pastoral lead at Lighthouse Church. She brings a huge amount of passion after years of supporting and leading a Church perviously. As the pastoral lead Karen works a day a week supporting members of our community and beyond with her wisdom and care. Karen also works part-time as a teacher in primary schools.
John Sadler
John is Karen’s husband and a key part of Lighthouse Church’s leadership team. Along with Karen, he has wisdom and passion for Anglesey and North Wales. John works part-time as a secondary school teacher. John and Karen have four children, two grandchildren and live on a smallholding here on Anglesey, looking after sheep, pigs, chickens, ducks and bees.
Dylan Rees
Dylan is a wonderful person to have on our leadership team. He is extremely passionate about Anglesey and the local community. Especially the welsh speaking community. He plays a key role in making Lighthouse Church bilingual to make is accessible to as many people as possible.
Staff Team
Rachel Radbourne
Rachel is the lead of the Lighthouse Staff team. She oversees the day to day of running Lighthouse Church.
Katie Love
Katie is our administrator and event organiser. She has recently moved to Anglesey from Edinburgh. She helps us with all the behind the scene jobs and makes sure that our Sunday gatherings go smoothly. She has a passion for events and christian festivals.
Kirsty Willams
Kirsty is our Community Outreach Organiser. She heads up our Make Lunch projects and any other outreach projects we run. She has such a great passion for Make Lunch, the families on the island, and finding creative ways to help build a community on Anglesey.
Karen Sadler
Karen is the pastoral lead for the Lighthouse community. She helps to support members of the community and beyond.
